Pixelmon 9.1.2 Update

We've now updated the server to version 9.1.2! This includes changes from both 9.1.1 and 9.1.2. Technic and Curseforge have both been updated.

Highlights of this patch include:
- Floragato, Meowscaranda, Crocalor, Skeledirge, Quaxwell, Quaquaval, Paldean Wooper, and Clodsire all have been added to the game! Time to work back up to that full dex! Along with this, plushies of the new Pokemon are now in the plushie pool.
- Large Performance improvements - expect to see better performance when playing!
- New Pixelmon Flying - Flying has been fully re-designed. Pokemon now have different flying mechanisms based on the type of flier they are with different charges (used to keep in the air) hover times and more!
- If you had your Discord account and Pixelmon forums account linked from the holiday period you now can get the Christmas Articuno Wings in game!
- Raid crash bugs should be fixed
